We apologise to anyone who has been expecting our daily emails to any of the above addresses. Virginmedia have had email issues today which meant their mail servers were not configured correctly. They have now solved the issue and all above email addresses should no longer be delayed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The issue with iCloud emails has now been fixed on Apple's end. The site can now send emails to iCloud email addresses. Sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

The site's estimated rates now accounts for any EDF Promotional Hours. These 0p rated-hours are automatically entered into the allocated hours, and also display as free hours in the dashboard on the main site.

Sorry about the late updates today - there seems to be an an issue with EDF's API and it is not showing tomorrow's prices. Waiting for EDF to sort out on their end.

The site now shows the history of EDF FreePhase rates from when our records start - November 2025. We hope they are of use for you in deciding whether to move to FreePhase, or for whatever purpose you need them for.

We are currently experiencing issues with sending emails to iCloud accounts. We are not (to our knowledge) experiencing issues to other accounts, such as gmail, hotmail, outlook, yahoo, aol, etc. Hopefully, iCloud will start accepting our emails very soon. Sincerely apologies over this Andy
